1) By submitting this application for membership of MCCA, I acknowledge my obligation to comply with all federal and state or territory laws, regulations and guidelines that relate to medicinal cannabis and to my involvement or interest in the medicinal cannabis industry in Australia.
2) I undertake to promote MCCA’s vision and objectives to establish a medicinal cannabis industry that provides high-quality, affordable patient access to medicinal cannabis.
